AKRASIA
Akrasia is one of the hottest young bands in the Inland Empire. This talented band is anchored by a strong rhythm section that features DJ Thomas on drums and Josue Posadas on bass guitar. Akrasia is heavily influenced by music from the 80’s and beyond and is known for putting their own special spin on everything from classic rock to contemporary pop. Also featured in the group, is the young virtuosic talents of guitarists of Myles Gutierrez and Ephraim Tupe that add both edge and energy to every song in the set. On keyboards, Amanda “Mandy” Marrash, adds the hooks and sultry backing and lead vocals to this eclectic group of talented young musicians. Finally, this group is fronted by Bella Rodriguez, a singer with a powerful and soulful voice with a great range. Her charismatic presence is sure to draw you into every live performance.
Since forming during the Summer of 2021, this band of talented teens has continued to impress audiences of all ages opening for 1st tier groups such as DSB (Journey Tribute), Bruno and the Hooligans, and a number of other acts at a variety of venues. In April 2022, Akrasia released their first single “One” a remake of the Three Dog Night classic hit. They will also be releasing their first original single late 2022. Expect great things from Akrasia in the future of music.
